I am back home in my little nest and I had a really wonderful weekend.
I flew...on an airplane...by myself...and it was quite empowering.

I stood by the window and took some more pictures of the Goldfinches.
I had the window open, I was hanging out and they did not fly off.
They are very friendly, and pose nicely for pictures.

I am pretty sure these are all males.
At this time of year,
the males have lost their bright color and the males and females look very similar.

Huge congrats for making the plane trip "all by your self" ... that is empowering (At my great age, I have flown alone only twice and it felt like that both times.) Glad you got to visit your sis and that you arrived home safely.
