Saturday Critters ~ 254 ~

There is a spot in a tree by the window, a favorite "branch" for all of my birds.
It's where they land and wait for their turn at the feeders.

Here are a few of my "frequent flyers"...

Tufted Titmouse

Male House Finch

Female House Finch

White-Throated Sparrow

American Goldfinch

Chickadee

Blue Jay

and here is one of the young cardinals.
Mom and pop and all the young ones seem to be doing well,
feeding themselves at the feeders.

These are just a few of the birds I see every day!

  1. Great selection of regulars. All are common in my garden except for the Tufted Titmouse. We are just a tad too far north for it, although farther south in the province there are strongholds of this attractive species.

  5. You have such a great range of birds, right now it seems that I have mostly sparrows. Although it looks like our raccoon came back and was able to get my suet cage down and even took it away, little stinker

  23. These are just fabulous! Great catch-light and your backgrounds are killer! The Titmice haven't been around here for about a year or so. I don't know why, but I miss seeing them.

  24. Debbie - so glad you got such stunning shots of your frequent visitors. Our birds still have so much natural food around that they are not visiting my feeders yet. Bring on the snow!
