Saturday night we had dinner at our favorite restaurant
in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
Asbury Park has a long, eclectic, rock and roll music history.
Home to Bruce Springsteen and The Stone Pony...
you can read about Asbury Park here, and the boardwalk here.
Dinner was so good, I forgot to take pictures,
it was picture worthy...desert was awesome.
Cheesecake for him...
Black & White Creme Brûlée for her!
We were seated on the 2nd floor of the restaurant, outdoors,
with a spectacular view of Westley Lake.
It is a summer tradition to eat one night at Moonstruck and ride the pedal boats.
We watched the boats as we ate,
and I decided I wanted the yellow duck.
The yellow duck boat was the only one available when we arrived, perfect!
Happy girl...
with her happy guy!
It was so fun and such a beautiful evening!
One more thing crossed off the Summer Bucket List.

ReplyDeleteOk, LOVE the giant duck swan. He looks like a swan, but he is sunshine yellow like a duck. Wait, are ducks even that color? What on Earth is THAT? ;-)
ReplyDeleteYour title says boat, but the thumbnail is a picture of cheesecake. Mmm... today is my birthday and we are going out to eat. I may have to pick a restaurant that has cheesecake!
I need to consider a summer bucket list.
