A had a fun photo shoot with a Carolina Wren...
He knew I was at the window, that I wanted a picture, and preferred to play hard to get!
What I love about these pictures is how much feather detail they show.
All the "fluffiness"...
all the different shades of brown, that there is even a little gray in there...
and look at those pretty stripes in his tail.
What a wonder...what a thrill to be able to interact with the birds in this way!!
