Yarn Along

I waited until this morning to take these pictures,
so my every last stitch to date is included with my update today.

Guernsey Wrap
Knitted with Cascade Yarns
100% Undyed Baby Alpaca Yarn

Honey Cowl
Knitted with Chateau Yarn
70% Baby Alpaca - 30% Bamboo Viscose

Up-close, you can see the pattern of the stitches developing.
It looks like a honey comb, the pattern becomes more distinctive as the cowl becomes longer.

I have been knitting a lot but the hubs and I have also been out a lot,
on fun fall adventures.

  5. Your knitting is beautiful! I am still trying to learn! I don’t know what’s wrong with me! My knitting is so tight that I feel like I’m fighting with the yarn!

I didn't understand the Guernsey Wrap... So I searched and found one. Now I see... you finished one part of it. Cooool!

And the cowl is lovely! Love that color....

  14. Beautiful, so pretty and so nice and neat!--I'm sure i've asked you this before, (and forgotten the answer! LOL)--but how did you get started and learn this? I do love seeing the pretty things you make, even tho I would never have the patience for this! ha ha LOL. We've been on vacation and I'm unpacking and laundry and will catch up on your posts tomorrow, but wanted to say howdy my friend!
