Flying History!!

We were so lucky to have these WWII bombers at a local airport last week.

This show is amazing, the airport is only 10 minutes from home...

what an honor it is to have these planes visit the Jersey Shore every year.

This Tf-51D Mustang was out when we got there and so we were able to watch it land and come in.

I would also like to share one closing thought as I wrap up this very long post.

It is one thing to learn history from a book, 

and something entirely different to learn about it at an event like this.

I was privileged to meet and speak with a WWII veteran on this day,

something I will never forget!
