The National Museum...

When we visited Washington, D.C., to see the Cherry Blossoms, we made a stop at
The Arts and Industries Building

Initially named The National Museum Building 1879
it is the second oldest of the Smithsonian Museums on the National Mall in
 Washington, D.C.

 The gardens surrounding this building are beautiful.






The skies are so gray in these images, but I don't remember this day that way.
It was a warm, beautiful day!!

    Yes, the flowers around are beautiful!!! And PURPLE! I love it. Great shots. They day might have been gray but a gray day or cloudy day is best for shooting anyway, no battles with the sun that way, no glare. Great job.
