Saturday Critters ~ 176 ~

Let's hear it for the boys...

Spring always brings more Male Cardinals to the feeders.
They are brighter in color, chirping their "chip",
eating up plenty of sunflower seeds and using the birdbath for both bathing and drinking.

There are signs of Spring everywhere, especially right here at home.

  12. You do know that any post with a Cardinal in it is a favourite of mine. Love seeing that bird, even if only in someone else's post and not on my yard.

  13. Oh, those Cardinal's are so beautiful. I love their color. Your home does look like it is decked out with signs of spring. We just had a snowstrom yesterday. It didn't stay on the ground long but it has been so cold. Blessings and hugs!

You got some terrific close up photos of such a handsome bird. The male cardinal is one of my favorites...altho the female looks just as dazzling in her silver gown.

    Pretty yard.

I'm a bit late getting around to visiting and sending along my thanks for sharing with us birders this weekend....been out birding since daybreak and just got home!!
