The Connecticut area has a lot of Egrets.
These are Snowy Egrets as you can see by the yellow footwear on the Egret to the right.
Here one of the adults caught "brunch" and didn't share,
this is a portrait of the two little ones.
This image provides another nice glimpse of the pretty yellow goulashes.

and a little "fluff" action.
I finally captured all four in one image,
getting a family portrait of this group was no easy task.
And this last image gives a good comparison of the size difference

Those are great pictures! Love their bright yellow feet! I like the group picture best and the last picture is a close second! I sure enjoyed your kayaking pictures too--- looks like fun and im so glad you got to go. I would be terrified i would turn it over and be stuck upside down!
