Saturday Critters ~ 133 ~

On Thursday June 23rd, my three babies left the nest, moved on, flew the coop!!

This was the last picture I took of them on June 22nd.
When I woke up on the 23rd and checked the nest, it was empty.

Last time I peeked in on the babies, momma,

and poppa were not thrilled.

I got "the look" and "the stare down", so I snapped quickly.
I can still hear them fussing around in the front yard but have not seen them.

  6. Well that's the thing about birds, they are fast learners and fly away too soon for us! This reminds me how far I've fallen back in my blogging while being in Alabama!

  20. They are great pictures. Isn't it wild how one day they are still in the nest, and the next day they are gone?

  23. I loved your good by photos. We actually discovered a baby Robin in our yard. It was down on the ground and the parents were on the fence and roof. When we put our dog Sammy out they got really upset and started to fly at him. We kept an eye on them for a couple of days and then they disappeared. I did get a photo of the two babies; that I will share at some moment of time.
    Blessings and hugs~
