A great spot to sit and watch the boats coming to and from the ocean is the inlet in
The hubs and I come here often, it's a hot spot with the locals.
It's also a great fishing spot, although I don't often see anyone catch anything.
We did however on this day,
an older gentleman caught a pretty big one but I have no idea what it was.

One of my favorite places on earth :) When the boys were little, I used to grab a cup of coffee, a book and drive around until they fell asleep and park at the inlet so they could nap and I wouldn't be stuck in the house.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite places too. I've been lobbying hard for our next house to be in Point Pleasant. Great photos!
ReplyDeleteI know this place, Debbie!!
ReplyDeleteThat blue water is so beautiful, and those homes look amazing.
Great boat action shots Debbie. You certainly had the perfect day for being outside.

ReplyDeleteWOW! Look at those 3-story houses. Must be a fantastic view from the top floor!
ReplyDeleteReally loved your photos on this one. The water is such a beautiful blue and I loved the boats. We had a boat when we lived in Spokane, WA. We loved going down the Spokane River into Coeur d' Alene lake. It was so much fun! I loved the three story houses too. I loved to watch the people on the shores and lakes fishing and just boating. It was fun days for our family. Blessings and hugs!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely place ... Eddie would be there with his fishing rod ... I would be there with a good book!
ReplyDeleteFabulous photo's looks a great place.

Beautiful spot and those are some nice boats! That looks just like the places on the Great Lakes where we'd watch the boats come and go.
