Saturday Critters ~ 120 ~

Shooting a Titmouse

This is one of the sweetest, cutest little birds that comes to the feeders.
Do I say that about all the birdies??
I know I do!!

What it lacks in pretty, bright colors, it makes up for in personality.

The window was open, this is a cooperative fellow only chirping between shots,
and happy to give me a peak at his buffy brown sides..

    Nice photos Debbie. He's a cutie. The question is how did the titmouse bird get its name? It's not a boob or a mouse. :)

    You take the best bird pictures, Debbie. I like titmouses partly because they are so tiny! I got some shots of a squirrel today that Connor was eyeing through the window. I haven't processed them yet, but I hope I got some good ones.

    I think Titmouse are adorable and I also have a thing for Nut Hatch--the way they come dipping and diving toward the feeders.
