Saturday Critters ~ 104 ~

Today's images were taken in October,
but I have not yet shared them here.
I would imagine the egrets are gone, but if they stayed,
they would be very happy with the weather we are having.

Record breaking warmth, beautiful blue skies
and the most incredible sunsets I have ever seen.

I love how it's beak lights up.
That they know you are watching and they are watching as well.
They don't pose or move, in a half hours time,
you are lucky to get one shift or movement.
I did not crop these, I was very close to this big guy.
The Great White Egret,
I am forever chasing you!!

  12. They are beautiful. We missed the one that's always in the water near the road leading into the botanical garden. We were out making the most of this lovely weather, too!
