This past Sunday, temperatures were predicted to be in the mid 90's,
that is not ever close to my kinda' temperature.
My kinda' temperature is snow!!
So now that we have that straight,
I really wanted to go to a Car Show at Allaire State Park.
I love classic cars.
It started at 8 a.m., so we were up and out early,
ate a hotdog for breakfast, don't judge...
and can you believe they were selling hotdogs at 9 a.m.,
and we got to see most of the cars before I started to melt.
Let me show you some of my favorites...trucks of course.
Do you see me??
I will share the cars from this show another day...
I don't know why I am so drawn to the trucks!!
These are great! I love old cars and trucks.
ReplyDeleteYou were smart to get out so early before the temperature went too high. I do enjoy old car and LOVE old fire engines!
ReplyDeleteFor me, a woman DRIVING a truck rocks my boat. Something very sensual about a woman tooling around in a 'masculine' truck. (my secret is out)
ReplyDeleteLove the red truck and the brown and green one:)
ReplyDelete☆ Wow, Now we talking! ☆
ReplyDeleteWow, all impressive! I'd be drawn to trucks too. I like huge vehicles.
ReplyDeleteHello Debbie, a hot dog for breakfast. Wow! The first truck is really cool. I love that paint job! Awesome photos, I am glad you had a fun time and did not melt. Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteI love these shows!
ReplyDeleteLove the trucks; great photo's. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you were able to get there early before it got too hot.
Well, yes I would eat a hot dog for breakfast also.
xoxo
some really cool ones! shine, babies, shine!
ReplyDeleteWow, those are fantastic! Gorgeous vehicles!
ReplyDeleteI love the trucks too! You and I both want to be imaginary farmers...that's why we love the trucks -we'd drive them in our imaginary lives!! So colorful!
ReplyDeleteI love car shows, too! They are wonderful places for photography! If you like trucks you might like our 1940 Ford. It's about the color of the firetruck, which I think is fantastic! Looks like a Ford, too!
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful trucks and some of them have great reflections in them
ReplyDeleteThat is one cool automobile show! So much TLC and hard work goes into every one of them!
ReplyDeleteMy first car was a truck. So I totally get it. I love these. What beautiful workmanship went in to each one. Not to mention the care. I think I could eat pizza and hamburgers and french fries and yes, hot dogs for breakfast every single day if I let myself. :)
ReplyDeleteVery cool, wow are they pretty all shiny. I love the fire truck and anything with wood with it is so cool! The heat has kept us from going to a lot of stuff this summer. I love the don't judge about the hot dog for breakfast :)
ReplyDeleteThe owners of those trucks keep them so shiny! You have some gorgeous photos!
ReplyDeleteOh my, what gorgeous cars! My grandpa loved old cars and he worked on several over the years. Thanks for sharing. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteWoowww ... What good details. Debbie. Great car !!
ReplyDeleteBesos.
Gotta love a good car show. All the shiny details show up so well. Loved the flames and that fire truck.
ReplyDeleteWell a Hot Dog for breakfast actually sounds pretty good.
ReplyDeleteI loved your photos of the trucks. I really like the fire engine one. I like trucks too. These remind me of the trucks my Dad who was a farmer had. It brings back some memories.
Blessings and hugs for you dear friend~
