These images were all taken in my back yard, on March 5th,
while the snow was still falling.
They have not been edited, they just come through black and white.
We got about nine inches of snow, and the view was magnificent!
Tomorrow, I'll show you how pretty it looked the next day,
when the sun came out.
Debbie, your backyard snow look very pretty and I love the foggy view. We had about 6 inches here. Enjoy and have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteIt is quite beautiful Debbie. I love the contrast of the snow on the tree branches... made all the more noticeable by the black and white mode. Those branches are literally groaning with their heavy loads. 9 inches - that's so much! :D)
ReplyDeleteOh I LOVE these amazing. Hug B
ReplyDeleteUuuufffffff ... and here is coming spring. Your yard is beautiful !!
ReplyDeleteGood Monday Debbie;))
Besos.
Beautiful! In spite of our cold temps, we haven't had a nice sticky snowfall like that all winter!
ReplyDeleteThat is beautiful but I am so happy we got (here in Va.) some sunshine and warmer temps yesterday.
ReplyDeleteMarvelous. Speaking of marvelous...wish you could have enjoyed my beautiful blue skies with me during my hike yesterday. (Not rubbing it in, just...you know...sharing)
ReplyDeleteLove this in black and white...impressive!
ReplyDeleteThe world is still a beautiful place even in black and white :) Lovely images, Debbie! I can't wait to see the snow with the sun - I bet it's magnificent. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteyour pines are wonderful! you have a great backyard, but you know that. :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. We only got seven inches, but it was so pretty.
ReplyDeleteJust GORGEOUS!!!! I think the last one is my favorite - with the snow outlining all the branches and the water in the distance as seen through the falling flakes!
ReplyDeleteSo very beautiful! Awesome pics, Debbie! :)

ReplyDeleteJust gorgeous! I love snow when it hasn't been disturbed yet!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I'm saying this, because we're actually having spring, for now, and I'm so tired of winter, but your photos are just so darn beautiful, and so calming. There's something so soft and peaceful about a good snow fall, it's something one must experience to really be able to grasp the wonder of it! Enjoy it all!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOh, so pretty!
ReplyDeleteReally pretty winter photos, Debbie!
ReplyDeleteLovely pics! I always like the way the landscape looks the morning after a snowfall while the sky is still gray.
