Saturday Critters ~ 62 ~

On February 12th, the Robins arrived.
There were about 100 Robins in the back yard.
This one was out front, and seemed very intent on getting in the house,
and watched me knit for the better part of the day!!

I watched the sunset from the front window as well...

another inside day, that did not disappoint.
Isn't it gorgeous!!

So how about you guys, have you been watching these
glorious sunsets??

Sharing my images from February 12, 2015 with
for Saturday Critters stop by and consider joining in,
any ole' critter will do!

  1. Beautiful robin. We are always so thrilled when the robins return, for it's our signal that spring is truly on its way (although a few years the robins have been fooled and have had to survive some late snowstorms!) Speaking of knitting, on one of my knitting rows, where at the end I have to SSK, (always such a difficult stitch for me, to get that off the needles without dropping it), I did drop it and have been trying to fix it ever since. I spent a good hour last night trying to figure out how to remedy the situation and finally resigned myself to taking it to a good knitting friend today, hoping she can help. I'm almost done with that hood and I refuse to rip the whole thing out again. Enjoy your beautiful robins today. Please send them to Wisconsin in another month. :-)

  4. What gorgeous photos. That robin's face is too cute. I will have to get my bag of mealworms out and lure some to my house.

  12. We haven't had any robins, yet. Since they're my harbingers of spring, I suppose it's just too cold for them to make an appearance. Our sunsets are behind a house across our street. We see the aftermath colors, though.

  19. Beautiful pictures. Perhaps that Robin was silently taking notes so he could knit a scarf to keep warm. :)

Great captures of this pretty robin - I love especially the 3rd photo, where it looks directly you.
Are you knitting a scarf or a hat? I loved to hear of your visit in the alpaca farm ... Knitting is so relaxing, ain't it!
