Around the Carousel in Washington, D.C.
there is a beautiful white fence.
And behind that fence there are some really colorful and special
animals that you can ride.
Did you remember that this post was about the pretty white fence??
I didn't think so!!!
Sharing this fun and pretty carousel with my good friend
for Good Fences
Stop by and consider joining in the fun, any fence or gate will do!!
Ha, pretty white fence.. But my eyes strayed to the carousel and animals.. I love the eagle and hummingbird.. Great post, Debbie. Enjoy your day!

ReplyDeleteI loved the color :)
ReplyDeleteThe carousel critters are simply amazing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful capture!
ReplyDeleteHappy Throwback Thursday
Loved the photos of the carousel! It reminds me of the one I rode at the mall as a small child--though I think the only creatures on that one were horses.
ReplyDeleteBoy! that''boy, that's a pretty fancy Merry-go-round!
ReplyDeleteLovely fence today :) Although I did forget it was about the fence since I got caught up in the darling carousel. Thanks for charming my day! Hugs
ReplyDeletelaughing out loud! :) love the fence and all that's behind it! i think i'd pick an eagle to ride!
ReplyDeleteI like these carousal animals.
ReplyDeleteI was attracted to the fun fair more of the Carousel. Yup fence was great though.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing carousel - thank goodness the fence will keep the animals in! ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh my, such lovely photos, so much more than just a lovely white fence. I just adore the hummingbird shot, and is that a body of water covered by winter? It's my most favorite of all. What a fun place to live a little.
ReplyDeleteThe fence obviously was just a bonus. :-)
ReplyDeleteI forgot to put in my request, of course the Hummingbird, I believe that's what it is, mostly because it does go up and down....that's my kind of ride!
ReplyDeleteI love what is fenced in :D
ReplyDeleteThank you for sending me into my childhood again :))
The fence is pretty ;)
Have a fine day

Beautiful colors. You captured some wonderful close ups of all the creatures the kids can choose to ride.
ReplyDeleteThat thing is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWell, that is one fancy merry go round. I love it. Oh, how the great grand girls would like it. :)
ReplyDeletexoxo
Beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun place that would be. When growing, up we rode the horses on the merry go rounds, but nothing like this.
ReplyDeleteI would ride the beautiful horse with the sea creature's tail!
ReplyDeleteOh, how I have loved Carousels through the years. You got some lovely shots.
ReplyDeleteBlessings for all these awesome pictures~
I thought the eagle was my favorite until I saw the hummingbird. None of the carousels I've seen had anything like those. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteYou made me laugh! Fence? What fence? But oh my gosh that is the most beautiful carousel I've ever seen. Gorgeous work.
ReplyDeleteThis was definitely one of those "what's behind it" posts! What a delightful, exquisite carousel! Beautiful, historic, filled with whimsy and fancy and beauty! Joyfulness at Christmas! What a great post! I want to ride the hummingbird! :-)
ReplyDeleteDan afraid of these wild animals;)))))
ReplyDeleteNice pictures.
These photographs are absolutely stunning. You made me forgot about the white fence!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these beautiful carved animals.
ReplyDeleteOh my you know that star of the show wasn't really the pretty white fence but those divine carousel animals.
ReplyDeleteThat was a nice fence, it does the job, but its limelight was stolen by the beautiful carousel.
