I went back to the Lake, where I saw Mr. Egret,
2 weeks ago.
You remember Mr. Egret,
the one that wouldn't pose, the one that would not fly off.
the one that wouldn't pose, the one that would not fly off.
Much to my surprise, this visit he had three guests,
each one, more happy then the other, to "Strike a Pose"!!
Get ready, this is going to be a picture overload,
but what's a girl to do when all four Egrets cooperate,
and want their picture taken.
I watched and photographed them for about a half hour.
I was just thrilled with the results!
This image was my favorite,
proving patience really does pay off.
This was my second favorite,
I knew when I took it, it was going to be lovely.
This was the only group shot I got,
one of the Egrets was further over in the lake, out of the camera's view.
The hubs was asleep, when I got back to the car.
Some things never change *sigh*
