Good Morning, Debbie.. Awesome sequence on the Blue Jay and his feast of peanuts.. It is funny how they seem to weigh them.. I am not sure if they swallow them whole though..I thought they took them somewhere and came back for more. Great photos! Have a happy day!

ReplyDeleteThe bird expert that was leading the hawk watch I (sort of) participated in explained that birds have a breathing tube, just like snakes, that allows them to breathe while they swallow such things. He was full of incredible information.
Great series. The Blue Jays are great entertainers,as long as we supply the peanuts.
