has beautiful nature paths, bike paths, walking trails and salt marshes,
along with more than 300 species of birds.
Sandy Hook is a summer destination.
Primarily because of it's location and spralling beaches.
I like it better in winter.
The winter landscapes, on the bay side, took my breath away.

ReplyDeleteyou had me at Lighthouse. i have always loved them since a kid. i need to see this one in person. writing it down right now, on the list for sure. can't you imagine the weather the lighthouse has seen? good & bad weather. i love to think of life like a "lighthouse" if that old thing can make it through all the tough times. we can to. shine one. ok, no more sappy talk. get back to smiling now. ha. ha!! ReplyDeleteDebbie these are just wonderful photos. The first shot of the MAST Campus with the brick and bright green trim is really striking. I love Lighthouses and that one was very interesting. My favorite shot was the fence along the nature path.
