Saturday Critters ~ 6 ~

   My best friend from Summer...

She came every day, all summer long.
I came to study her markings and coloring and learned
it was the same Female Ruby-Throated Hummingbird that visited
every day.

I am super excited to be joining in with Eileen over at
for Saturday Critters.

Stop by and consider joining in, any critter will do!!

  9. What a beauty, Debbie!
I am never really successful when it comes to photographing these little ones, but this year, we had so few, that I had very little chance. Amazing lack of both them and bees, this past summer.

    Have a wonderful weekend!

  13. I miss the Hummingbirds. One of my most exciting moments in Spring is when I spot the first return of the Ruby Throated , they arrive back here right around April 22 each year.
Thanks so much for this share Debbie. great captures !

  24. We have those guys everyday here in Yuma!!!.. How can you tell if it is the same one?... I know we have at least three...but they seem to change colours... I will have to look more careful and see if I can tell them apart.... and I sure don't have a good camera like you!! Great pictures!!
