Are you getting tired of seeing this same old pose from us?
Truth be told, we are getting tired of it also.
So we tried this...
I don't love it as I realized that Chuck and I don't "fit" together
quite like we used to!
Then we tried this but our hands were kinda weird.
Here's a close up of the tree and, well, this pose just kinda works for us.
Here's what the tree looks like, without us blocking it!

Here is Chuck, copying my pose!

more copying!!
We had dinner here at Fiorella's.
It's a cute little Italian place, and the pizza was amazing!
Here's a peak of the tree at night, gorgeous right?
I wouldn't mind having this baby on my front lawn!

ReplyDeleteThe sculpture used to be at Hains Point Park in DC. I loved playing on it as a kid and have many photos of my kids at it. Now that it's over at National Harbour, so many more people get to have fun with it...like you!

Always love ur pictures!!! That Awakening sculpture is weird ... the Italian kitchen just from the outside, looks delish! ... and I'm chuckling at "how we pose for pictures" ;) You two work best side by side, which I feel speaks volumes about you guys as a couple ... now I know another couple who always takes pictures of him behind her, with his arm around her neck, and her gritting her teeth in a grin, and what do you think THAT tells about their relationship?!
