The Weather Outside Is Frightful...

There are 4 inches of snow on the ground, and it's still coming down.

I am listening to the television and 100,000
customers in New Jersey have lost power again,
due to today's Nor'easter.

I have my candles lit, my flashlight is nearby.
Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.

I'm not sure if mother nature understands who she is messing with.

  1. Hoping for the best FOR you!! This is so hard for me to fathom!! Here in south Texas it was a rather warm day after a cool morning. We may just use the FAN instead of the A/C tonite in our camper!!

Well, we got our power back on today. I'm hoping it doesn't go out with the heavy snow now.

This has been an unbelievable week.

  11. Snow?! Good grief. I hope you keep your power on and stay safe! One of the young lineman who lives in our area is in NJ with a crew to restore power there. He said they told him he might be there 2 more weeks!
    Take care!

  20. Well glad you still had power when you wrote this. I am hoping this passes by fast. You are so funny. I am sure Mother Nature will get herself in line now that you told her how it is. :)
