Neat shots! What's he perched on? and I'm glad they get that extra coat ... poor guys outside all winter. I know you'll be taking care of them, though!
They are much more 'dazzling' in the summer. I suppose they are trying to remind us to find our winter coats too!!! I'm afraid we'll be needing them soon!!
Pretty every season...I jut read an article in our local paper about how they change -- I never knew it before; (so now we know I don't need to subscribe to the paper, just read my good blogging friends!.

They are still cute. I saw more goldfinches this year than last, but I hear that the goldfinch population in NJ is dwindling.
