Madame Tussauds

Wax Museum in Washington, D.C.

The Presidents!!

Meeting Thomas Jefferson, look at my smile!!
Jefferson was our 3rd president.

Chuck took it a little more serious.

I was happy to spend time with William Harrison, our 9th President.

Our 13th President Millard Fillmore

Chuck was very "stoic" with all our Presidents!!

and Rutherford Hayes our 19th President.

Our 22nd President, Grover Cleveland is looking well,

as is Theodore Roosevelt our 26th President.

Teddy up close, it was amazing!!

Chuck with Woodrow Wilson our 28th President

I had to use Chucks hat!!

Franklin D. Roosevelt was our 32nd President

Saluting our 34th Dwight D. Eisenhower

Goofing off!!
The rest of these presidents should look very familiar!!

John F. Kennedy our 35th President

The Clintons

Bill was our 42nd President

Barack Obama
He's a little "fuzzy" don't you think?!?!

We had so much fun here.

This is Part I, I will share all the celebrities in another entry!!

  1. ooohh! FDR looking right at us is the best! Just amazing! I went to the wax museum in Amsterdam a few times ~ have a photo of my daughter with Arnold Schwarzenager and Ann Frank....I get Ann Frank, but why we took one with Arnold I'll never know!

  5. Now that interests me. I enjoyed that. So tell me this - did they tell you if they were true life size or not? They didn't seem very tall. Yet people were littler then they used to be. sandie

  7. This is so great, my 16 year old son, loves the presidents, he on his own had studied each one in depth and is working on knowing each one but what they did in office and then the other parts of their lives. He is on Andrew Jackson now. I showed him these, he thought they were so cool. Gosh I wish I could just hop on a plane and take him there.
I will look forward to seeing some more.
