    Oh I just love the way the silos seem to be hugging that barn. Both are great shots!

    I have never seen a barn like the one in the first photo; so very interesting. And yes, I know there are some good stories hiding the walls of that barn......

    Hi Debbie...I is a shame to find the conditions of what once was a working farm..but so many farmers had to give up there farms because they can't make a living!!

    I always wonder about the abandoned barns. Did the farming not pan out or the barns not needed any longer? These are great shots that makes you want to know the story behind the barns present day condition.

    the first shot made me thing it was a small place, but the 2nd, it looks huge! and so sad that it's going to ruin!!!

    It really IS sad to see such a huge working farm all grown over like that! That's awful to see... I wonder where the owners are & what happened to them! If you find out any details, be sure to let us know!

    You certainly got some great shots of the place before it's completely taken back by nature!

    Debbie I'll be at the farm today. The showroom is open from 10:00 - 4:00 today if you want to swing by to get some pictures of the alpacas.

    I LOVE SILOS!! And don't you wish all the stories of places like this were written down somewhere?! Generations of family stories connected to this land - Can't wait for more shots!

    Great shots of the barns, love the first one.
    My Ivy barn is next to a hotel and will be demolished when the hotel expands in the near future.

    Sad to see places abandoned. Around here it's not so much that they can't make a living as they can't afford the taxes and house payments.
