Home Is Where The Work Is...

The hubs has finally finished getting the front yard spring ready...
and it is looking so beautiful.

The grass came up nice and green with few weeds.

All of the gardens have been edged beautifully,
weeded and new mulch had been laid in every garden.

We are missing one Azalea going up the driveway.
We have an extra one, in the same color, in the back yard that we are going to move into the bare spot.

The pictures above and below are the gardens up by the front door.

These are Daylilies.

Walking around the backyard, it too needs a bit of work.

The Knockout Roses have a lot of buds.

The Dill from last year is starting to reappear.

There are a lot of these Cornflowers, seeds that I planted last year and have come back this year.

The Viburnum is still in bloom.

We have a lot of these, they form a nice border and a pretty privacy screen by the pool.

Planting the perennial flowers in the front gardens...thats on the agenda for next week.

I checked on the swans today, no babies yet!

  3. So beautiful, so much work. I would much rather split wood than work on gardening.
