Just in case you have not heard,
with the snow, come the birds, a lot of really hungry birds who emptied the feeders.
There were walks in the snow, snow angels, snowball fights, soup making, picture taking
and keeping the feeders filled for our feathered visitors.
Today's positive thought...
My favorite place to watch a winter sunset is...
- right from home -

Such beauty my friend.
ReplyDeleteOh my, I "needed" this bird photo post today! (Love)
ReplyDeleteThese are great shots, Debbie.
ReplyDeleteI have tried all week to photograph a chickadee, to no avail!
Saturday critters, my favorite day of the week! You outdid yourself this week, so many incredible pictures!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful bird photos!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure where you're from, but we have the exact same birds at our feeders. But no snow around here. I can never tell If I'm seeing a warbler or a sparrow. I really need to figure it out this year.
ReplyDeleteAmazed by all your sharp photos of our feathered friends.
ReplyDeleteHello, Debbie
ReplyDeleteYou are lucky to have a beautiful sunset view from home.
You are seeing some great birds there, they do seem to eat more when there is snow on the ground. Your bird photography is beautiful, I love them all. I wish you a happy Christmas week!
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great day and a happy weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
Your bird pics are always amazing. You got such a variety of them right outside your window. Have a Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful bird photographs.
ReplyDeleteThe bird feeder here was busy, it's lovely to watch them.
All the best Jan
So many wonderful birds.
ReplyDeleteFantastic photos.
Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year
Beautiful photos of these lovely birds. I especially like the black and white chickadee and do not believe I've ever seen one.
ReplyDeleteThese are such gorgeous photos of feathered friends you've captured. I have to say the chickadee is my favorite though. Maybe the coloring or the compact, round feathery look?
ReplyDeleteThe snow makes for such a lovely backdrop for the Cardinals and Chickadees!
ReplyDeleteChickadee is lovely bird..... beautiful voice.
ReplyDeleteGreat captures
Very pretty and great shots too.
ReplyDeleteSo love your bird pictures, so very sweet! We had a chickadee out here this morning too, and we always have cardinals, the woodpeckers have been on the suet too! Lately we have had cats hanging around so the birds are staying away when they are around, I am having to scare them off!
