Hi Debbie..Believe you me if I could fit in the bird bath I would be in it too!! (No comeback remarks on that please ; })
Great fun watching the birds in the bath..I love that look when they jump up on the edge, and you can just imagine them thinking "my goodness that felt good" and jump back in, and are flapping away again!!

Pure sweetness. What a clever way of posting the action shots....and your captions are simply designed for these. Well done.

Just wanted you to know that I added a linky to my newest bird photos today. If you'd care to stop by and leave a link. And perhaps if you know of anyone who loves birding--let them know of the new birding meme I set up for a weekly run---The Bird D'Pot. Stop by if you can. And have a glorious week.

What a wonderful series of shots! Our bird baths have become dog and cat water dishes so the birds now do their bathing in the pond. Splish Splash!

A great series of photos. The birds must have found that heat very difficult to live through.

Awww, such cute photos! I've been leaving the sprinkler out in the yard for the birdies lately--it's been so darn hot for them. I found 8 birds all sitting in the grass taking baths and enjoying the cool water. Forget the grass--I'm just trying to save some bird friends!

Bev said...

Great pictures!! I never see birds in our bird baths... maybe it's not hot enough here...
