I have always been a Scrapbooker...a saver of memories.
I started this Garden Book in 2020,
so I would always remember what seeds we planted and where we planted them.
I saved all of the seed packages, marking each with information on where they were planted.
I made the book like a Scrapbook so it would be more fun to work on and keep current.
This is a small map the hubs made outlining how we were going to lay out this years garden.
There are a lot more pages, I just randomly picked a few to show you!!
Great scrapbook! Mine is haphazard and not near as pretty.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea.
ReplyDeleteHello Debbie,
ReplyDeleteIt is a nice way to remember your plantings and the names of the seeds. Your scrapbook is pretty too. Take care, have a great day!
What a lovely and inspiring post! "My Garden Scrapbook" beautifully captures the joy of watching a garden grow and evolve over time. Your attention to detail—from the first sprouting seeds to the blooming flowers—makes it feel like I’m right there with you, flipping through the pages. Thank you for sharing such a personal and peaceful journey; it reminds me to slow down and appreciate the little moments nature offers us each day.

ReplyDeleteYour hydrangeas are lovely.
All the best Jan
Debbie, your scrapbook is lovely and having the seed packets and accompanying text should be really helpful in future years of planting.
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty, I think it is a great idea to keep a chart of everything. I started a book I made last year so we would know what plants did well and when they were planted too, but mine is more the junk journal look to it, and mostly writing but I did save seed packets.
ReplyDeleteThis is just delightful, Debbie. Beautifully done!
ReplyDeleteoh my goodness those pancakes look so DELICIOUS!! My favorite pictures are the sweet little bird, so fluffy, so cute! Love your garden scrapbook too, very pretty. You do a great job on scrapbooks. That little bunny is cute too, looks so SOFT
